Factory reset of a Qubino Flush device

  • Connect the device to the power supply or power cycle it

  • Within the first minute (60 seconds) the device is connected to the power supply, toggle the switch connected to the I1 terminal 5 times within 3 seconds
    (5 times change switch state - The device has to get On/Off signal 5 times, meaning 5 times push of the push button or with the normal button On / Off / On / Off /On / Off / On / Off / On / Off)


    Note: This proces can be repeated multiple times in a row during the 1 minute. Example after the device is reconnected toggle the switch 5 times within 3 seconds wait 5 seconds and retry toggle the switch 5 times within 3 seconds, wait 5 seconds retry...

    OR

    If the device is powered by 24 V SELV supply, press and hold the S (Service) button for more than 6 seconds



Info: By resetting the device, all custom parameters previously set on the device will return to their default values, and the owner ID will be deleted. Use this reset procedure only when the main gateway (hub) is missing or otherwise inoperable

  • Press and hold the S service button between 6 seconds and 20 seconds 
  • Device will be removed from you network and the green LED starts blinking

Factory reset of the Qubino Flush RGBW Dimmer

  • Connect the device to the power supply or power cycle it
  • Press and hold the S (Service) button for more than 10 seconds (the white blink on LED strip, signal that the device is reset now you can release the S button)
  • After the factory reset device will automatically attempt to re-include in the next 2 minutes.

Factory reset of the Qubino Smart Plug

  • The reset is only possible the first minute after the power on
  • Press and hold the service button S more than 6 seconds
  • The device will be removed from your network and the led will start blinking. The device is now in its factory default state
  • When the S button is held more than 6 seconds after the first minute is passed, the relay should not react!

Note: After the device is removed or RESET, wait at least 30 seconds before disconnecting the device from the power supply.


Factory reset of the Luxy Smart Light


Nr. 1 (CENTER)
Turns ON/OFF the room light or other load connected to Luxy Smart Switch output
Nr. 2 (UP)
Turns ON/OFF the Luxy light Dims the Luxy light
Nr. 3 (RIGHT)
Switches between 4 different lighting effects (ocean, sunrise, rainbow, and nature)
Nr. 4 (DOWN)
Turns ON/OFF the white light on the Luxy Dims the Luxy light
Nr. 5 (LEFT)
Starts the colour spectrum and stops at the colour you wish to have


  • Connect the device to the power supply or power cycle it
  • Press once on button 3 – right. One press on button 4 – down for enabling full white. When full white is enabled, press, and hold button 5 – left for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, the device starts flashing blue 1 second on, 0.5 second off. 

    After 10 seconds the device stops flashing and turns full blue. 

    The procedure is always available.
